Market President, Dickinson, ND Multi-state community bank is in need of a Market President for their Dickinson, ND location.
Will be responsible for oversight of the loan portfolio and staff but most importantly, the growth and development of the team.
The recent increased market share penetration has provided an opening for building a stronger strategic team to capitalize on local opportunities.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial lending experience in banking, some leadership/management exposure and a track record in building viable customer relationships.
