Competitive pay $25 - $50 based on experience Technicians With Less Than 1 Year of Experience Can Expect:
$20-$30/Hour Technicians With 1-2 Years of Experience Can Expect:
$25-$35/Hour Technicians With 3 Years of Experience Can Expect:
Up to $50/Hour 100% employee-owned company Tool and boot allowance Quarterly efficiency benefits Annual tech training bonus Tuition reimbursement, up to $20,000 with your degree in the last 5 yearsPaid out monthly 100% company-paid employee and children medical insurance 401K (1/2 to 1 ratio up to 3% employer max) 8 company-paid holidays, PTO, and paid sick time off Requirements:
