Responsibilities:
As a key member of the property's leadership team, the General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations.
This includes day-to-day staff management, guest and client relations, strategic planning, and maximizing profitability while ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
The General Manager must plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the operations of all departments, including Rooms Division, Sales, Engineering, Catering and Conference Management, Third Party Vendors, and Food and Beverage.
They will evaluate changes in guest needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes to maintain market dominance and achieve exceptional financial returns.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills and have a deep understanding of the hotel industry.
They should be able to analyze financial data and develop effective strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Additionally, they should be able to evaluate and adapt to changing market trends to ensure that the hotel remains competitive.
