Alexius Health Dickinson part of CommonSpirit Heath a national nonprofit health system based in Englewood Colorado.
The faith-based system operates in 18 states and includes 103 hospitals.
Additional services offered within the system are:
long-term care assisted and residential living communities community health services organizations home health agencies and numerous outpatient facilities.
This position is responsible for assisting the VPPCS in developing and managing measurement systems that explain the current state and lead to improved quality.
This position analyses and utilizes quality data and processes to monitor and improve care delivery.
Responsibilities 1.
Reviews medical records and collects data for clinical care review and other quality improvement activities.
2.
Assists in organizing teams and responsible for tracking change processes facilitated by those teams.
May facilitate select teams to assure timely assessment and implementation of process changes.
May perform /support Root Cause Analysis efforts.
3.
Supports quality by monitoring various outcomes and quality improvement projects and works with other departments to develop processes to improve and sustain outcomes.
4.
Works with related software applications to identify opportunities for improvement and act on clinical data to achieve improved performance rates, evaluates, analyzes, tracks, and trends and displays data from related activities.
5.
Presents, educates and encourages the use of quality data/processes to improve safety and care delivery.
6.
Participates in the continuous readiness and response to surveys by maintaining and applying knowledge of new and changing accreditation, licensing and readiness programs for TJC, CMS and other regulatory bodies.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience Bachelors Degree Required Licensure and Certifications Maintains Current RN Licensure Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training A minimum of three years acute hospital experience.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in quality improvement, clinical outcomes management and / or accredited/regulatory standards preferred.
Strong emphasis on critical thinking, change management, project management and team building.
Pay Range $30.
62 - $44.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
