At this time, we have an immediate need for a Restaurant Assistant Manager at ourDickinson, North Dakotalocation! This person should have an eye for talent, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed.
REQUIREMENTS
2
years of current Full Service Restaurant Manager experience
High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
