Job Description:
The office administrator performs administrative and office support activities for the Dickinson, ND location. Duties will include, but are not limited to, answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. Additional responsibilities will include scheduling travel, processing expense reports, assisting with proposals, project/meeting planning and coordination, troubleshooting minor technical problems, maintain database records, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Extensive software skills are required, as well as internet research abilities
Must be able to problem solve, including identifying, assessing, and correcting problems
Must be able to keep accurate documentation, preventing problem reoccurrence
Strong communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate (verbal and written)
Advanced organization skills
Strong Interpersonal skills; must be a team player
Must follow all safety practices, understanding and applying company policies and procedures
Must Have:
Applicants must include salary history or requirements in application submission
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; business certificate or associates degree preferred
Must have a minimum of three (3) years administrative support experience
Must have intermediate to expert level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access); testing may be required to determine skill level
Must be able to pass a physical, pre-employment drug screen, alcohol test, and a background check
