I need wood to build my 12x12 deck. We can trade for some of the lumber.This unit has about 2000 hrs of light commercial use. The Minuteman is called an industrial floor sander. A friend left it in my garage when he moved to Anchorage where he passed on. Its mostly been in my house except the one time I refinished an old lawers office wood floors. The looks this machine gave were amazing. Anyone who knows about the Minuteman should knows the value and quality of this cool machine! The cord is 50 foot in length. Its a machine that you just love to have around. I re-did a friends barber shop tile floor and actually got notorized into the local newspaper because of the classic finishing looks this machine gave to this vintage barbers floor.
